With most businesses awaiting news of further guidance on how to run their shops, cafes, restaurants and more, Carlisle City Council is helping get local businesses back to the way they were before lockdown.
The council has released a helpful list of reminders and other useful information on what business owners and start-ups should start to think about while considering their return to get back to “business as usual.”
This includes carrying out any necessary checks in insurances pertaining to a premise that may need reactivation or renewal after month-long absences.
Making sure businesses carry out Legionella checks is also on the list.
The council is also reminding business owners and start-ups that staff should be made aware of the latest Covid-19 risk assessment training.
