During the last online auction in February, bidding saw some spectacular prices, with 25 lots sold for a total of £3.2 million. In all, 203 properties have been sold with a value of £18.7 million and a sale rate of 95 per cent of lots offered.

Each of the online auctions have received exceptional interest, with 904 registered internet bidders, 252 telephone bidders and 81 proxy bidders.
