Driver alert: Emergency services dealing with traffic collision
A TRAFFIC collision caused disruption in Whitehaven.
The incident happened on Thursday evening (December 3).
A spokesman for Cumbria Constabulary said: "Emergency services are currently dealing with a road traffic collision on the St. Bees Road in Whitehaven near to the Mirehouse Road junction.
"Please try to avoid this area at the present moment in time due to traffic congestion."
Google Traffic reported tailbacks on Wilson Pit Road and St Bees Road.
