PROPOSALS to extend a holiday park in North Cumbria have been lodged.
Eden District Council have received plans for the change of use of land from agriculture to housing 125 caravans on the 60 acre site.
According to the design and access statement: "The proposals consist of 125 luxury caravans with associated parking.
"Infrastructure development includes the internal road network, concrete bases, drainage for the caravans and the creation of open space areas and landscaping.
"All caravans on site will be single storey with a minimum of 6m in between plots."
