Philip Barnes has retired from FMB, in Kendal
A long-serving figure from a Kendal financial planning firm has retired.
Philip Barnes worked for the Financial Management Bureau for 10 years, most recently as a financial planner.
Prior to joining the firm he was in the police for 30 years, rising to be an inspector with Lancashire Constabulary.
In his financial work he attained higher level Certified Financial Planner Status
Managing director Liz Beavis said: “Phil has been a valued employee, we wish him all the best in his retirement."
In his retirement Phil is planning to travel and do some part-time and voluntary work.
