A TOWN pub that closed its doors has been listed for auction.
The Golden Ball in Dalton is due to go under the hammer with a guide price of between £105,000 and £110,000.
The Tudor Square pub was placed on the market by Robinsons Brewery.
A listing by Landwood Group auctions said: "The property comprises a former public house with a U shaped trading area, a rear bear garden, commercial kitchen, beer cellar and three-bedroom living accommodation above."
The auction is due to take place on September 9.
