A WOMAN has been banned from holding a licence for three years after being caught above the drink-drive limit.
Charlotte Emily Johns, 28, of Etterby Street, Carlisle, was caught with 40mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
The legal limit is 35mg per 100ml of breath.
She pleaded guilty when she appeared before magistrates at Carlisle's magistrates' court on Friday.
Johns cannot hold or obtain a licence for three years.
She must also pay a fine of £90, costs of £85 and £32 to fund victim services.
