A west Cumbrian man has been banned from the roads for almost two years for failing to provide a blood sample.
Andrew Christopher Sisson, 34, of Barngill Place, Distington, admitted failing to provide a blood sample on June 1 in Workington when suspected of having driven a vehicle.
Sisson was banned for 20 months and was handed a three-week curfew by magistrates sitting at the Workington court on Monday.
He must also pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
