A town centre building which used to house a solicitor firm is being marketed as suitable for residential conversion.
The former Milburn Solicitors office on Oxford Street, Workington, is due to go under the hammer with Auction House next month.
The building has stood empty since the legal firm moved into the former Times & Star premises next door two years ago.
The 3,500 square foot office will be up for auction with a guide price between £50,000 and £65,000.
The listing on Auction House's website said: "It was last used as offices for a solicitors practice but would be suitable for residential conversion subject to planning. Allerdale Borough Council have indicated this would be acceptable in principle but interested parties are advised to make their own enquiries."
