Former chip shop on market for £50,000
A former Whitehaven fish and chip shop will go under the hammer next week.
Lakeland Chippy, on Lakeland Avenue in Woodhouse, has a guide price of £50,000.
The premises also includes a two-bedroom flat on its first floor.
It is being sold by Auction House at an online auction on April 16.
