The latest piece of one of the UK's newest submarines is carefully transported along the road outside the Barrow shipyard.
Weighing over 150 tonnes the unit was moved from one area of the yard to another as construction work on a new fleet of submarines for the Royal Navy continues.
Specialist staff, well used to transporting highly complex pieces of engineering, looked after the move which took an hour to complete.
