The UK’s largest home fragrance company has appointed two new members of staff to take it into the future.

Wax Lyrical, based in Lindal, near Ulverston, has welcomed Jenn Park and Jenna Bushby to its team.

Jenn joins as marketing manager and Jenna joins as digital brand ambassador.

Jenn was previously assistant head of marketing at Lancaster University while Jenna ran her own digital marketing consultancy Collective Comms.

Wax Lyrical celebrates its fortieth anniversary next year, and is launching a new brand.

Jenn and Jenna have joined the company to support the implementation of the new brand at what they describe as an exciting time for the development of the business.

Commercial director for Wax Lyrical Warren Gell said: “We are investing in our people, our products and our environment and we have many exciting stories to tell.”

Wax Lyrical designs, develops, and manufactures luxury fragranced products and exports to more than 40 countries around the world.

The company, which is part of the Portmeirion group, is investing in a brand new research and development laboratory at Lindal.

It is also launching a new brand and new product ranges.

Portmeirion bought Wax Lyrical for £18m from its then parent company Lighthouse Holdings in 2016.
