A Kendal-based self-storage firm has completed the third phase expansion at its facility.
Andrew Porter Ltd opened its first phase of 27 units at Dockray Hall in December, which sold out within a month.
Eighteen units followed in May, and its latest 60 units are now available, with 25 per cent already reserved.
It offers both indoor and outdoor units for its customers.
Stephen Gregson, manager, said: “It’s very pleasing that we’ve had so much interest in the new units already. We were getting bookings weeks before they were complete.
"Our aim has always been to go the extra mile and come up with innovative added value services to make our customers’ lives easier.
“For example, in the cold winter months we provide free gloves to anyone loading or accessing their storage unit, should they need them, as well as free hot drinks in reusable cups.
“Year-round we have free on-site assistance with loading and unloading items and we offer free van hire for customers who may find transport is a problem.”
Andrew Porter Ltd also provides free transfer from out-of-town storage units.
The company also offers a removal service.
It took over Richards of Kendal 20 years ago.
