A new recruit has joined The Rural Law Practice, part of Thomson Hayton Winkley Solicitors. Isobel Milburn, who has a background in litigation law and qualified in 2002, has joined the team based at J36 NWA.

She was granted Higher Rights of Audience as a Solicitor Advocate in 2006.

John Cooke, director of Thomson Hayton Winkley, said: “The increasing need for rural and agribusiness specialists continues to grow and this will expand the professional offering to our clients.”

Isobel said: “I am very excited to have joined the team. I act for clients on a wide range of disputes and I have considerable experience of representing clients at mediation and settlement meetings and advising on the terms of settlement agreements.

"I am looking forward to assisting clients with dispute resolution and litigation and working closely with Nigel Davis and Kate Seymour.”

John added: "We are thrilled that someone with Isobel’s expertise in dispute resolution and litigation is joining the team."
