A traditional Cumbrian butcher has launched a new website.

Eden Butcher Cranstons has launched the website following an extensive company rebrand. The revamped website offers a new user friendly design and updated online shop.

Cumbrian ex-pats are able to take advantage of free national delivery for orders over £80 and get a taste of home delivered to their door.

The website has been designed to be used on smartphones and tablets and make it easier for customers to find information on the company’s six food halls and shops, browse its Cafe Oswald menu and learn about Cranstons’ support of Cumbrian farms, businesses and local people.

Martin Jones, Cranstons deputy managing director, said: “Over the last year we’ve been working hard to evolve the Cranstons image with a major rebrand including everything from the team uniforms to the paper bags we serve our pies in.

“The new website looks fantastic and really promotes the hard work and dedication of our team, show casing Cumbrian farming, traditional butchery and great tasting local meat.

"We really hope our customers enjoy using it both as a shop and a source of information.”

Rob McManus, Cumbrian Food Hall assistant manager, said: “We are really chuffed with the new website. The online shop now offers over 50 of our most popular products for national delivery. It’s great to be able to serve customers who’ve moved away from here.

"We are also hoping it will appeal to the many tourists who enjoy shopping with us when they visit the Lake District.”
