A Kendal estate agent has been recognised with a top award for the second year running.
Thomson Hayton Winkley have been announced as 2019 gold winners in the British Property Awards and shortlisted for a number of national awards which will be announced later in the year.
Director Angela Horn said the firm's team impressed the panel of judges, which focused on the level of customer service they provided.
She said: “We are delighted to have been recognised again for our outstanding customer service.
"It is something that we take great pride and care in when selling and letting properties.
"The customer is at the centre of everything we do and it is great that our team have been recognised by a rigorous national award."
