A new commercial property agency has been launched in north Cumbria.
Prospus Group has announced it is extending its offering and will specialise in property consultancy including planning, architecture, sales, letting, project delivery, and funding.
The group has worked with a number of major clients including Spar, Bouygues, The Alpine Club, and Low Carbon Ltd.
The latest move sees the group establish a dedicated property agency specialising in commercial asset management, marketing, and land promotion.
Prospus Property will market the new 16,000sq ft ModVillage shipping container 26-office development at Carlisle's Kingmoor Park.
Alistair Fell, director of Prospus, said: “We’re really excited to launch Prospus Property. We believe that through dynamic and modern marketing we can provide an excellent service to property owners and tenants across the north of England.
"It will also enable us to offer a more holistic service to our commercial clients and bolsters our in-house expertise."
