A CARLISLE man has landed a 45 day suspended sentence for non-payment of more than £2,000 of council tax.
Anthony Blaylock, 37, of Hillary Grove, appeared before Carlisle's magistrates' court on Thursday February 14.
Blaylock was sentenced for non-payment of council tax to the cost of £2,000.56, during the periods of: 06/05/10 to 31/03/11, 01/04/11 to 31/03/12, and 01/04/12 to 08/08/12.
He was given a suspended sentence of 45 days and ordered to pay back £10 per week.
