A WOMAN has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis after a car crashed into a gas pipe.
Tracey Killip, 46, of Westmorland Street, Barrow is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on March 6.
Westmorland Street was cordoned off by police just before 8pm on Friday after a Mercedes crashed into the side of a house and caused a gas leak.
The leak was dealt with by firefighters, using enviromental equipment before they handed over to emergency gas engineers.
The pipe was repaired the next day.
