The Lakes Distillery has received a gold award from a major tourism organisation.
It is the second year running the distillery, at Setmurthy near Bassenthwaite, has won the prestigious VisitEngland award.
VisitEngland is the largest official assessment body of its kind for visitor attractions.
Paul Currie, co-founder of the distillery, said: “To receive a gold award from VisitEngland is an award we are extremely proud of, but to win this award for the second year in a row is outstanding for the distillery.
"We pride ourselves on our customer service and dedication to making every customer’s experience memorable from their visit to the website, entering our gates or trying our award-winning spirits portfolio.”
