A former hotel in Aspatria is to be turned into three homes - if a planning application is successful.
The plans are to turn the Grapes Hotel in Market Square into three private houses.
The pub/hotel was closed back in 2016 and, following subsequent efforts to sell it, its owner is now looking for a new use for the building.
It currently contains a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, which the applicants say will naturally convert into a three-bedroom property, with its own entrance and garden area.
Another unit can be converted to form a three-bedroom property, which will also have its own entrance and garden to the rear.
While a third unit can be converted to form a four-bedroom property, with its own garden and entrance. Off street parking will be provided at the front.
The application reference number is: 2/2018/0575.
