HOMEBUILDER Maris Properties have launched a new design studio and gallery which showcases local design, interiors and art.
The firm, which is based in Dalston, has identified a demand for personally-designed homes which are build to a high environmental standard.
This studio is in in the former stable block of Crofton Hall and is designed to help the company's customers with their properties.
Katy Lavery, the firm's design and project manager, said: “We establish a close dialogue and working relationship with all of our clients and see the building of their homes as a two way process.
"We are on hand to offer guidance but are essentially advised by their wishes. This process allows for our customers to have ownership of the design of their new home while removing the stresses associated with the traditional design and build model for bespoke homes”
The launch of this new Studio and gallery will take place this Sunday 26th February 10am -4 pm at The Old Stable Block, West Park, Crofton.
