The Kiosk, in Victoria Road, is next to the bus station.
The sale price includes the building, lease, business and van all included in the price of around £114,950.
David Corrie, who is handling the transaction on behalf of Corrie and Co, said: “These commercial premises are superbly located for trade, on a premier arterial road and adjacent to the town’s central bus stops.
“There is a continuous passage of vehicular pedestrian and bus passengers which, together with the prominent and well-known building in which this business is housed, represents an ideal and progressive investment and business opportunity.
“The Kiosk which has been developed by the vendors over the past 10 years, now actively trades for five-and-a-half days a week.
“Professional accounts are available by agreement and strict confidentiality is required. As sole selling agents, we would welcome all serious inquiries.”
South Lakeland District Council consent is required to the transfer of lease.
