A plot of land close to a Cumbrian beauty spot with planning approval for eight homes, has gone on the market.

Savills Manchester is handling the sale of the prime residential site near the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The 0.45 hectares site is next to St Anthony’s Close in the village of Milnthorpe is being offered for sale by informal tender.
