NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Mabel Holmes, late of Flat 4, 20A Esk Street, Silloth, Wigton, Cumbria CA7 4BU who died on 3rd November 2018 and Grant of Probate to whose Will was granted on 27th February 2019 out of Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry to the Executors Audrey Maeder and Lissa Brogden are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before two months and a day after the date of the issue in which this advertisement appears after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not then had notice.
