Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Rating (Property in Common Occupation) and Council Tax (Empty Dwellings) Act 2018 and section 11B of the local Government Finance Act 1992 the following recommendation was approved at a meeting of the Council's Executive Cabinet on 17 January 2019:

? To increase the Council Tax Long Term Empty Premium from 1 April 2019 and in subsequent financial years as shown below:
