Notice is given that I Koysor Miah of 898 New Chester Road, Bromborough, CH62 6AU has applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Spice Garden, 898 New Chester Road, Bromborough, CH62 6AU for the following Licensable Activities: Nature of Licensable Activity - Late night refreshments: Days and hours requested: Monday to Thursday and Sunday 23.00 - 23.30; Friday and Saturday 23.00 - 00.00. Sale of alcohol: Days and hours requested: Monday to Sunday 12.00 - 00.00. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, no later than 10th September 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
