FOOTPATH NO. 504056 IN THE PARISH OF BEETHAM
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Lancaster City Council to carry out improvement works on the surface and access gates ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the entire length of Footpath No. 504056 in the Parish of Beetham, from Quarry Road to Park Road, between Grid References: 347852,480731 and 347330, 480308.

The Order will come into operation on 13 February 2023 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 5 days. Chief Legal Officer,
