Notice of Confirmation of a Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980,
North Yorkshire County Council
Public Footpaths Nos. 10.56/27 & 10.56/30, Meynell Hall, Great and Little Broughton, Diversion Order 2022.


The above Order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 was confirmed on 09/12/22.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the Public Footpaths as follows.

Public Footpath 10.56/27 between NZ 5640 0623 & NZ 5645 0613 will be diverted onto a new route through a field in a south east direction between NZ 5640 0623 & NZ 5646 0616.

Public Footpath10.56/30 between NZ 5638 0620 & NZ 5641 0620 will be diverted through a field in a north east direction onto a new route between NZ 5638 0620 & NZ 5641 0623.

A copy of the order as confirmed and the Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Stokesley Globe Community Library, North Road, Stokesley, North Yorkshire until 03/03/23.

The Order comes into force on the date on which the Authority certifies, in accordance with Section 119(3)(b)of the 1980 Act, that work to the new section of path, described in Part 2 of the Schedule, has been completed, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from 20/01/23, make an application to the High Court. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, PUBLIC FOOTPATH 20.60/6/1 SKEEBY Order 2022 No 42.

We have made this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 20.60/6/1 Skeeby, between grid reference NZ20300262 & NZ21060285 has continued in force for a further 12 months until 23/01/24 (subject to access to premises) due to works.
