I give notice that Corporate Director, Children and Young People's Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for Variation of condition No. 2 of Planning Permission Ref. C5/2021/23435/NYCC to amend the approved documents to include photovoltaic panels and an air source heat pump and enclosure. The part of Skipton within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.

Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Craven District Council, Planning Department, Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton, during all reasonable hours until 09/02/23.
