Notice Is Hereby Given

that South Lakeland District Council in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 is to vary the current parking charges for pay and display off-street parking spaces to the South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2004 (as amended). The effect of which will amend the afore-mentioned Order as listed below:

1. The above variation to charges will take effect on 10 February 2023.

2. In all other respects, the provisions of the current South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2004 (as amended) shall remain in full force and effect.

3. A copy of this Notice may be examined at the offices of South Lakeland District Council at South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal Cumbria LA9 4UQ during normal office hours or on the South Lakeland District Council's website.
