(FOOTPATH NO. 536065 IN THE PARISH OF KENDAL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to the dangerous condition of the footpath and to enable subsequent repair works to be carried out ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians along an approx. 860 metre section of Public Footpath No. 536065 in the Parish of Kendal, between Grid References 351752 491033 and 351418 490955.
There is no suitable alternative route available for pedestrians.
This follows emergency notices dated 25 November 2022 and 16 December 2022.

The Order will come into operation on 6 January 2023 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
