NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-
Hacking St, Bury (Eastbound) - Temp lane Closure. The closure is in place to enable electrical works to be carried out in carriageway.
Diversion route is via Parker St, Lord St and vice versa.
The proposed Order comes into operation on 03/01/23 and remains in force
for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 2 weeks)
