Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to VARY a Premises Licence
Inn Collection (Grasmere) Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at The Swan Hotel, Keswick Road, Ambleside, Cumbria LA22 9RF to account for a layout change following an extensive refurbishment of the premises, to include the development of a further 9 bedrooms; to incorporate the garden into the ambit of the Licence; to replace the current conditions, which are no longer fit for purpose, with conditions which are appropriate; to extend the finish time for all licensable activities to midnight; to remove any seasonal restrictions of times. The start time for all regulated entertainment shall be 11:00. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to The Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal LA9 4UQ Or www.southlakeland.gov.uk by 13 January 2023.
The application may be inspected at South Lakeland District Council during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
