NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-
Whittingham Dr, Ramsbottom - Temp Rd Closure.
The closure is in place to enable replacement manhole frame and cover. The proposed Order comes into operation on 22/12/2022 and remains in force for up to 6 months (Anticipated duration of works 1 day).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
PROPOSED NEW PUFFIN CROSSING - A676 BOLTON ROAD WEST - RAMSBOTTOM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police for Greater Manchester, proposes to install a Puffin Crossing at the following location not less than 28 days from the date of this notice.
A676 Bolton Road West - Ramsbottom - Puffin Crossing - just east of the junction of A676 Bolton Road with Ada Street.
A copy of the proposals, a plan showing the location of the proposed Puffin Crossing and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the proposal may be requested by email at traffic.calming@bury.gov.uk quoting reference PC/102. All representations whether in support or objecting to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to the Head of Engineering, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke street, Bury BL9 0EJ or preferably by email to TROobjections@bury.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police for Greater Manchester, proposes to install a Zebra Crossing at the following location not less than 28 days from the date of this notice.
B6213 Market Street - Tottington - Zebra Crossing- just north of the junction of B6213 Market Street with Laurel Street.
A copy of the proposals, a plan showing the location of the proposed Zebra Crossing and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the proposal may be requested by email at trafficalmining@bury.gov.uk quoting reference PC/103.

Stand Lane - Radcliffe - Zebra Crossing - just south of the junction of Stand Lane with Clough Street.
A copy of the proposals, a plan showing the location of the proposed Zebra Crossing and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the proposal may be requested by email at traffic.calming@bury.gov.uk quoting reference PC/104.
