Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1) The Metropolitan Borough of Bury (Vernon Road, Greenmount) Temporary Closure Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-Vernon Road, Greenmount - Temp Rd Closure.
The closure is in place to enable replacement of manhole frame and cover
Diversion route is via Newton Rd, Belvadere Ave and vice versa.
The proposed Order comes into operation on 08/12/22 -and remains in force for up to
3 months (anticipated duration of works - 1 day)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-Whittingham Dr, Ramsbottom - Temp Rd Closure. The closure is in place to enable replacement manhole frame and cover. The proposed Order comes into operation on 22/12/22 and remains in force for up to 6 months (Anticipated duration of works 1 day).
