FOOTPATH NO.216002 IN THE PARISH OF BRIGHAM
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Cumbria County Council on 11 January 2022, which became operative on 20 January 2022, to enable United Utilities to install a pipeline ("the Works") and which would otherwise expire on 31 December 2022
: has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport until 31 December 2023.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along a 70 metre section of Public Footpath No. 216002 in the Parish of Brigham between Grid references: 309985,530848 and 310051,530852.
There is no suitable alternative route available for pedestrians.
