THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN
FOOTPATH 101 BLACKBURN TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the Footpath referred to in the Schedule below to facilitate construction works for the new housing development adjacent to the Public Right of Way.
The Order becomes effective on 17th November 2022 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
