(FOOTPATH NO.406005 IN THE PARISH OF EGREMONT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Network Plus to carry out works to install a cable ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along an approx 52 metre length of Public Footpath No. 406005 at the rear of Rowntree Gardens in the Parish of Egremont between Grid References: 301094 511400 and 301127 511399.

There is no suitable alternative route available for pedestrians.

The Order will come into operation on 26 September 2022 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 5 days.
