NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that South Lakeland District Council intends to dispose of open space, by way of transfer to South Lakes Housing, being amenity open space. This is a formal notice in so far as the land described above forms part of open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
