Application To Vary A Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Barrow Rugby League Football Club has applied to Barrow Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for Barrow Rugby League Football Club, Craven Park, Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA14 1XP. The variation to the licence is to include the Showing of a film, between the following hours: Monday to Thursday 11am to 8pm including Bank Holidays Friday to Saturday 11am to 11pm Sunday 11am to 9pm. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing by no later than (6th May for representations i.e. 28 days from first date the notice is displayed at the premises) to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Services, Barrow Borough Council, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
