THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH N0.536231 IN THE PARISH OF KENDAL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cadent Gas to install a new gas main ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along an approx. 10 metre section of Public Footpath No.536231, Yard 57 in the Parish of Kendal, between 55 Highgate at Grid Ret 351497 492551 and Grid Ref:351488 492551.

The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2021 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although ft is anticipated that it will only be required for 5 days.
