(FOOTPATH NO.409011 IN THE PARISH OF GOSFORTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Cumbria County Council on 28 April 2020, which became operative on 4 May 2020 and was subsequently extended until 4 June 2021, to carry out the demolition of farm buildings at Fleming Hall ("the Works"),
: has been further continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport until 04 December 2021.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along that section of Footpath No.409011 at Fleming Hall in the Parish of Gosforth between Grid Ret 304984 503277 and Grid Ret 305056 503095.

If the works have not been completed within the extension period, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the appropriate Minister.
