(VARIOUS FOOTPATHS IN THE SOUTH LAKELAND AREA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable United Utilities to carry out works to construct a replacement outfall from Kendal Waste Water Treatment Works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the following lengths of Footpath: -
1. An approx. 870 metre section of Public Footpath No. 536065 in the Parish of Kendal between Grid References: 351418 490955 and 351752 491033; and
2. An approx. 350 metre section of Public Footpath No 557001 in the Parish of Natland between Grid References: 351793 490497 and 351603 490202; and
3. An approx. 45 metre section of Public Footpath No. 557002 in the Parish of Natland between Grid References: 351559 490523 and 351588 490554.
