LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE The Harbour Master Coffee House and Bar. Unit 7, Pears House, Millennuim Promenade, Whitehaven, CA28 7UJ. Notice is given that Sean Reay has applied to Copeland Borough Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is I am requesting that annex 3 condition 3 be removed from my licence. This is the area referred to in condition 2 and agreed by the Cumbria Constabulary and the Council's Environmental Health Officer and used for the consumption of alcohol shall cease operation no later than 21:30 hours in the months of June, July and August or 21:00 hours in any other month. I would like to apply for my outside area to be open Monday - Sunday, 10:00 until 22:30 with tables in use and the consumption of alcohol in all months of the year. I would also like to apply to add section H of the premises licence Monday until Sunday 14:00 - 23:00 for in-house entertainment including quiz master, hypnotist and comedian. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Copeland Borough Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD or licensing@copeland.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 15th April 2021 (within 28 days of the date of this notice) The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
