LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE The Yellow Earl, 66 Lowther Street, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 7AH. Notice is given that The Yellow Earl Limited has applied to Copeland Borough Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: To include the rear outside area for the supply of alcohol between 9:00-21:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Copeland Borough Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD or licensing@copeland.gov.uk . Representations must be received no later than 10th November 2020. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
