NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to s.27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of JOHN NIXON TODD of 7 Yewdale Road Carlisle CA2 7SZ who died on the 5th April 2020 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to us, the undersigned Solicitors to on or before the 31 July 2020 after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice shall then have been received by the said Executor.
