LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GFRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Mohammed Nazmul Hussain had applied to Carlisle City Council for a Premises Licence at The Dhaka, London Road, Carleton, Carlisle CA1 3DS to allow the sale of alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Playing of recorded sound: Sunday 13.00 - 23.00 hrs and Mon - Sat 16.00 - 23.00 hrs. Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing not later that 2nd April 2020 to the Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle CA3 8QG or by emailing licensing@carlisle.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
