I, Mr Vignesha Arvindkumar Patel of Little Italy, 526 Blackburn Road, Bolton BL1 8NW. Have applied to Bolton Council for new premises licence. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises is:- LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT : Monday to Thursday - 23.00-01.00. Friday and Saturday - 23.00-03.00. Sunday - 23.00 - 02.00. Seasonal Variation As Per The Application. OPENING HOURS : Monday to Thursday - 16.00 - 01.00. Friday and Saturday - 16.00 - 03.00. Sunday - 16.00—02.00. Seasonal Variation As Per The Application. The application may be inspected at Bolton council licensing team , ground floor, town hall , Bolton BL11RU between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any `Interested Party’ or `Responsible Authority’ may make representation to council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the council, that day being 19th February 2020. The last day for representation to be made will therefore be 18th march 2020. All representation MUST be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5000.DATE : 19-02-2020
