APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE TO UNDERTAKE MAINTENANCE DREDGING AT DEGANWY MARINA

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Lakeland Leisure Estates Ltd has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging at Deganwy Marina on the River Conwy using Water Injection Dredging

The application and plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Conwy Harbour Office or Deganwy Marina Office.

Alternatively, copies of the application can be obtained from the Cardiff Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, 29 Newport Road, Cambria House, Cardiff, CF24 OTP.

Representations or objections should be made within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting reference: DML1942

Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, will pass to the applicant a copy of any representation or objection received.
